We're standing up a company the right way — with experienced operators at the helm, real infrastructure behind it, and an ownership path for the person who helps build it.

You won't be doing this alone or figuring it out as you go. Behind this venture is an executive-level support team handling the things that sink most small businesses before they ever get traction:
Marketing — lead generation, brand, digital presence
Finance & Accounting — cash flow, books, reporting
IT — systems, software, infrastructure
HR — hiring support, compliance, people operations
The business infrastructure is built. What it needs now is the right operator to run the field.
Your Partner in This.
You'll work alongside another experienced operator — someone who holds a state HVAC license and will manage the office, inside sales, and day-to-day business operations. They bring business acumen and industry knowledge. You bring field mastery and technical leadership.
Together, you run the company. Together, you're accountable for its success.
This is a true partnership model. Two operators. One mission. One customer experience that neither of you will compromise on.
What You'll Own.
Not a territory. Not a title. A piece of the operation.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and leading the service and installation teams
- Setting the standard for how work gets done in the field
- Driving first-call completion, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Developing technicians who represent the brand the right way
- Helping shape the culture of a company from day one
This role isn't for someone looking for a comfortable landing spot. The early days will be demanding. You'll wear hats you didn't expect. You'll solve problems that don't have a playbook yet. But that's exactly the point.
Who We're Looking For.
You have 8+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience — not just management, but real field credibility. Your techs respect you because you've done the work. Your customers trust you because you're straight with them. Your employers have leaned on you because you make things run.
You're EPA 608 and NATE certified. You know your way around residential and commercial systems. You've managed dispatching, scheduling, callbacks, and the chaos that comes with a busy service department.
You have strong diagnostic skills across multiple equipment brands (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Daikin, etc.), familiarity with modern systems — mini-splits, heat pumps, VRF, high SEER inverter equipment, and smart controls/thermostats. You also have a working knowledge of refrigerants, electrical, and airflow/load calculations.
But more than any of that — you think like an owner. You've been doing it for someone else. Now there's a path to do it for yourself.
